Initiating a Refund/Return Request:
Customer has to call our office to get the approval code before sending the defective product to our warehouse.

Shipping and Handling:
If the customer has already paid the freight charges than premiumcigarsusa.com will bear the return freight cost otherwise customer will have to pay the freight to return the damage product for a full refund.
